Flickinger Graduation Party

We were ecstatic when a returning client contacted us to assist them with the planning of their sons upcoming graduation party. Elite Events had the privilege of designing and coordinating this sophisticated and fun soiree, over the Memorial Day weekend.  The weather was absolutely perfect for a tented event around their beautiful pool.

Mancy’s provided the perfect menu for this outdoor event, The Graduates friends had a blast with the Grand Lubell photo booth, Sugar Shack provided the cake, Java Sensations brought the coffee and smoothies one of the graduates favorites, and Premier Pour created a bar out of the pool house, which kept the guests happy and hydrated during the warm day.

We pulled the color scheme from Roberts High School Colors, and had fun with the centerpieces and linens to demonstrate his artistic side.

The dessert table was filled with delicious homemade cookies that the clients family friend made, and chocolate covered pretzel sticks and the cake were both made by Sugar Shack Specialty Sweets.

The memorabilia table was decorated with the Grad’s graduation cap, senior pictures, and photos from his childhood. Guests also had a large decorated vase to put their congratulations cards in.

How amazing is this card container?! Our florist Sharon Johnson did a FABULOUS job!

Great food is always key to having a memorable party, so who better to cater than Mancy’s! The food was delicious. They brought a variety of sliders, salads, appetizers, and they even had a chips and salsa and a popcorn table.

The cake not only looked good, but it tasted even better! Guests had the choice of vanilla or chocolate.

We had two different size of tables to sit at and all had different floral arrangements on them. The rounds had a navy striped linen and the long tables popped with a bright yellow chevron runner over the navy linen.

The bathrooms were decorated as well with a small arrangement.

Grand Lubell had a photobooth set up inside the tent for guest to enjoy taking photos with the Grad. The photos were then put into a slideshow that was showing across the lawn at the pool house patio.

The client wanted flowers at the party, but did not want it to be over feminine since it was a party for her son. Our florist created a variety of unique and modern arrangements that captured exactly what our client wanted.

We had so much fun planning and coordinating this graduation party. We loved working with the client for a surprise party last year, so when they called to have us return to do another party we were honored! Hope you have enjoyed this post!

Inspirationally Yours,

Nikki
